It is simply impossible to believe, but this week completes an entire decade of IAG’s weekly blogs.
This decade of writing started on September 16, 2015, as a brief weekly market update with a Quote of the Week and our Market Mood Meter® for a visual graphic.
Over the course of time, it has discussed a rather unique array of quixotic topics ranging from legislative updates to market reminders to financial planning to tax strategies and beyond.
We have discussed all of these in the context of sports seasons, frogs, candy, lawn mowing, weather, traveling, bicycle trips, holidays, and others I have definitely forgotten.
Our mission with these weekly mind meanderings is to keep you informed and well-grounded in long-term strategies. We know that you are constantly subjected to a barrage of unlimited distractions – from screaming headlines to social media to interesting suggestions from family and friends.
Thank you for taking the time to read, process, and occasionally offer your recommendations for improvement. It is very rewarding to know when our writings help you see something from a different perspective or positively impact your approach to financial stewardship.
