After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, I got my first “real” job in the financial industry with an investment management firm as a small-cap equity analyst. During that time, I earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

I shifted from asset management to wealth management after a decade-plus of industry experience, which allowed me to work with individuals and families instead of only institutional clients, which I had been focused on. Helping families reach their financial goals and live their best lives in retirement provides a clearer sense of purpose and has made my contributions that much more fulfilling.

Joining the I.A.G. team was an easy transition as the guiding principles and values of the firm closely align with my own. I’m excited to help maintain and grow the relationships the team has with our clients.

My wife, Renee, and I live in Germantown with our middle school-aged son and daughter, snuggly black lab, and energetic golden retriever. When not in bleachers cheering one of our kids on in their various extracurricular activities, we enjoy spending time outdoors with our dogs or traveling to new places, both in the US and abroad. Additionally, I serve in various roles at our home congregation, St. John’s Lutheran in Wauwatosa, and enjoy fishing and reading in my free time.
