I am fortunate to have parents who have instilled in me the desire to serve others. I began working with clients as a financial advisor in 2013 after nearly twenty years working for the citizens of New Berlin as a police officer. Financial planning and law enforcement have more in common than most people probably realize. First, earning trust is paramount to a successful relationship. Also, I have found the ability to listen and ask clarifying questions, is key for successful outcomes. Finally, to be truly effective, an individual cannot do it alone and needs the backing and support of a team.

As a financial advisor at IAG I have the luxury of being backed by teams specializing in investment management, operations, and financial planning. Working with a team of specialists provides me the opportunity to deliver the personal attention clients deserve to work toward their financial goals.
Jason is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ having completed his coursework at Northwestern University in 2012. Jason also obtained both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from UW-Milwaukee.
Jason and his wife Marie live in New Berlin with their two daughters, Valerie and Melissa. Marie has served parents and newborns since 2010 in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit first as a RN and now as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. The Ganiere Family enjoys spending time up north, skiing, hiking or simply being outdoors.
