In the early 1980s the term “financial planner” was barely recognized, and the opportunities for women had not yet been fully realized. I didn’t see myself as a pioneer, but when I started IAG Wealth Partners, I wanted to create an environment where everyone – clients, as well as the IAG Team serving them has the greatest opportunity to pursue their dreams. In a world where numbers can be overwhelming, I have found that personal relationships and a commitment to service are key in guiding clients along the different stages of their financial journey toward pursuing their goals and dreams.

Wealth strategies need discipline, but they also rely on intuition. As a business owner, I understand the challenges that entrepreneurs face. Business succession planning is just one of these. Transitioning from an ownership position is an emotionally and fiscally challenging time. In my experience, an advisor that knows how to listen, provide exceptional strategies, and follow through on the details helps to work towards a positive outcome.

IAG has thrived because of a strong referral base, respect for results, and the diverse experience of our team. We strive to maintain a warm and inviting environment where every client, advisor, and member of support staff feels truly valued. I not only love working with our clients, but I also enjoy mentoring our younger advisors. Their careers and personal growth are a very important part of what makes our firm special.
